2026 Men's Hike Registration

Our Men’s Hike aims to challenge participants physically and spiritually by spending four days in the Ozark Mountains with other guys, focusing on deepening their relationship with God.

Dates: Thursday, April 23rd to Sunday, April 26th

Cost: $130 per person (covers transportation and dinners)

Participants provide their own breakfasts, lunches, and food for travel

Pre-hike meetings and preparation required

Waiver

In consideration of Park Hills Church allowing and enabling me to participate in the Men’s Hike, l agree as follows:

l fully understand and acknowledge that: (a) risks and dangers exist in hiking and my participation in hiking activities; (b) If I have pre-existing medical conditions, I have discussed this hike with my doctor and received clearance from my doctor for suitability to participate (c) my participation in such activities and/or use of hiking equipment may result in my injury or illness, including, but not limited to bodily injury, fractures, partial and/or total paralysis, blindness, heat stroke, hypothermia, dehydration, heart attack, death or other ailments that could cause serious disability; (d) these risks and dangers may be caused by the negligence of the owners, employees, officers or agents of Park Hills Church, the hike leaders, the negligence of the hiking participants, the negligence of others, accidents, breaches of contract, wild animals and/or the forces of nature or other causes. These risks and dangers may arise from foreseeable or unforeseeable causes; and (e) by my participation in these hiking activities and/or use of hiking equipment, I hereby assume all risks and dangers and all responsibility for any losses and/or damages, whether caused in whole or in part by the negligence or other conduct of the owners, agents, officers, employees of Park Hills Church, the hike leaders, or by any other person.

l, on behalf of myself, my personal representatives and my heirs, hereby voluntarily agree to release, waive, discharge, hold harmless, defend and indemnify Park Hills Church and its owners, agents, officers and employees from any and all claims, actions, or losses for virus complications, bodily injury, property damage, wrongful death, loss of services or otherwise which may arise out of my hiking activities or use of hiking equipment;

l specifically understand that l am releasing, discharging and waiving any claims or actions that l may have present or in the future for the negligent acts or other conduct by the owners, agents, officers, employees of Park Hills Church, the hike leaders, or by any other person.
